We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Because all artworks are handmade, slight variations in texture, brushstrokes, and color are natural and are not considered defects.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
